About EIC Accelerator
The EIC Accelerator is part of the EIC Fund, administered by the European Innovation Council, part of the European Commission’s Horizon Europe programme.
The EIC Accelerator is designed to support SMEs, startups and spinouts to grow and develop and scaleup game-changing innovations.
Any field of technology, any application – as long as it represents a breakthrough innovation.
Grants of up to £2.1m are available for UK applicants.
In 2023, there is a total of almost ~€1.1B annual budget
Projects are particularly welcomed that:
- Have the potential to disrupt old markets and create new ones.
- Build on ‘deep tech’ scientific or technological breakthroughs.
- Offer high risk/high impact innovations.
